We offer two core engagement models — depending on how hands-on you need us to be.
Classic Search
Set-up fee + fixed success fee

We act as your dedicated external recruiting partner for a defined search. We own the sourcing, screening, and candidate presentation — running a rigorous, structured process in parallel to any other channels you may be using.

What's included

Role scoping and candidate profile definition
Active sourcing and posting on our own channels
Structured screening & first interview
(personality, culture fit, role fit)
Candidate presentation with written assessments
Interview coordination and debrief support
Offer negotiation advisory
Regular reporting and update calls

Pricing consists of a set-up fee at project start and a fixed success fee upon placement. In general, you can assume a total cost of 5,000 to 15,000 Euro per position. We share exact fees after our initial call as they depend on your context and the positions you are seeking to fill.

Embedded Recruiting
Your on-demand in-house recruiting team
We integrate fully into your organisation and run recruiting end-to-end — just like an internal team would. We work inside your ATS, manage your full candidate pipeline, and own the process from first touchpoint to signed offer.

What's included

Full end-to-end process ownership including all components of Classic Search, plus:
Integration into your ATS and internal tools
Management of all inbound and outbound candidate pipelines
Co-designing structured interviews and assessments for all selection stages
Stakeholder alignment and hiring manager support

Hourly-based engagement - between 90 and 180 Euro per hour depending on project size, complexity and involved team members.

Scope and guidelines on monthly amount of hours aligned upfront and continuous reporting on used hours in a shared document - no surprises. Flexible contract with monthly cancellation option.

We audit your existing recruiting process from first touchpoint to offer — identifying bottlenecks, gaps, and opportunities. You'll receive a concrete improvement roadmap which we can also work on together if you like.

Onboarding Support

Setting your hire up for success
The hiring doesn't end at the offer. We support both the new hire and their manager through the first 180 days — with structured check-ins, a tailored onboarding plan, early feedback loops, and proactive intervention if friction arises. Because a great hire only becomes a great employee with the right start.
